Terms of Service
The terms that govern access to CreatorPipeline and the creator activation infrastructure operated by MANOLA LLC.
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CreatorPipeline, operated by MANOLA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
CreatorPipeline provides done-for-you creator recruitment and activation infrastructure for e-commerce brands. This includes:
- 01Sourcing and identifying relevant TikTok creators for your brand
- 02Outreach and communication with creators on your behalf
- 03Onboarding creators into TikTok Shop affiliate programs
- 04Generating user-generated content and affiliate-driven sales through TikTok
The specific scope of services will be agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal.
Client Responsibilities
By engaging CreatorPipeline, you agree to:
- 01Provide accurate information about your brand, products, and objectives
- 02Ensure your products comply with TikTok Shop policies and applicable laws
- 03Respond to communications in a timely manner to avoid delays
- 04Not misrepresent your brand or product claims to creators or to us
Payment
Payment terms, fees, and schedules will be set out in your individual service agreement. All fees are due as specified. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
Results & No Guarantees
We operate a proven infrastructure, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as follower counts, revenue figures, or TikTok algorithmic performance. Results depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, product market fit, and creator performance.
Intellectual Property
All content, systems, processes, and materials created by CreatorPipeline remain the intellectual property of MANOLA LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing. Content produced by creators remains subject to any agreements made with those creators directly.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with the services. This includes business strategies, pricing, creator contacts, and operational processes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MANOLA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if you breach these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
